Shipping
We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) for the majority of our shipping and use Priority Mail to ensure chocolates arrive in a quick but reasonably priced manner. During the warmer months (May-September) 1-day shipping will be required to ensure safe delivery from heat damage. We pack the chocolates in thermal envelopes with ice packs to reduce the possibility of heat damage. There is also a "Warm Weather Packaging" option available during the warmer months for an additional cost which includes shipping in a styrofoam insulated container with dry ice and thermal envelopes. If expedited shipping is not chosen at checkout we will not be liable for the condition your chocolates arrive in during these months.
We ship orders within 1-3 business days. During the busier holiday seasons that could increase to at least 5 business days, so please order accordingly. Orders placed later in the week (Thursday/Friday) will be shipped on Monday to ensure packages do not sit at a processing facility over the weekend, especially during the warmer months (May-September).
If a package is returned due to a shipping address error, customer will need to provide updated address and incur cost to reship.
If customer chooses to “cancel” order upon our receipt of returned package, a 40% restocking fee will be charged.
No refunds on shipping costs for returned packages.

Returns
Returns will only be accepted if the package is damaged in transit, photos of the damaged package will be required for refund/return.
