Local Pickup Guidelines

The local pickup option will still be available for 2022,
but with some caveats, please read if you plan to utilize this service!

There are 4 options for “Pickup” when you select the tab at checkout:

  • Balsamroot Boutique in Pybus Market

  • Ye Olde Bookshoppe

  • Pybus Artisan Saturday Day Table

  • Yeti Chocolates Production Facility

If you elect to have your order picked up at Balsamroot or Ye Olde Bookshoppe, please review the following changes -

  • Deliveries will ONLY be made on Wednesday or Thursday afternoons

  • You will receive an email confirmation when your order is available for pickup - PLEASE wait for this notification, DO NOT harass the folks at these locations before receiving this notification.

  • You will have one week to retrieve your order once your email notification has been sent. If you order is still at either location by that next Thursday delivery day it will be retrieved and taken back to the Rock Island Production Facility where it will be available for pickup thereafter.

  • If you need the order sooner than the Thursday delivery date, you can either have the order shipped, or coordinate a pickup in Rock Island at the Yeti Chocolates Production Facility.

If you choose to pick up at the Yeti Chocolates Production Facility:

  • An email confirmation will be sent when the order is ready for pick up with scheduling options for pickup - please either call or respond to the email to set up a pickup time.

If you choose the Pybus Artisan Day Table:

  • Please specify what date you would like to pick up your order in the “Shipping Date” section at checkout.

  • Please note that you will need to reference the online calendar to make sure we will be at Pybus on that date for pickup.
