Blackberry Hazelnut

The ganache from the former “Hazelwings” piece is layered with a scratch made blackberry pate de fruit, using locally sourced blackberries, with a toasted hazelnut on top.

A vegan "butter" ganache made with vegan brown chocolate is layered with a dark chocolate coffee layer.

Calamansi Pie - Our play on Key Lime Pie, Calamansi is a citrus fruit from the Philippines that brings an unexpected tart brightness to the piece. The Calamansi ganache is layered with a milk chocolate graham cracker layer to give you that distinct feeling of biting into a refreshing citrus pie! One of my favs!!!

Dark chocolate and dried montmorency cherries are rolled into balls, dipped in dark chocolate and rolled in ground pistachios. Ambrosial comes to mind when thinking about these chocolates.

Dulce de Leche Cream

My take on a Cadbury Creme egg! Scratch-made marshmallow fluff is mixed with a scratch-made dulce de leche and piped into the eggs. An elevated take on a classic easter flavor.

Lilikoi (pronounced "lily"-"coy")

"Lilikoi" is Hawaiian for passionfruit, and it was in Hawaii where I fell in love with passionfruit for the first time. The delightfully tart flavor of passionfruit is paired with white chocolate to create a mouth-watering experience that will keep you coming back for more.

Milk Salty Caramelicious

Calling all caramel addicts! This is a fleur de sel caramel in a milk chocolate shell. The perfect balance of sweet and salty.
