After 7 years, Yeti Chocolates will be closing in June. Thanks to all those who’ve supported the business over the years.

To all our fans - Yeti Chocolates will be closing after a wonderful 7 years in business.

This may come as a shock to many, but the rumors are true, Yeti Chocolates will be closing in June. This was not an easy decision, and there are a multitude of reasons why, but at the end of the day, owner Willow Merritt has decided she needs to step away from the business and focus on herself. We are so grateful for all of your support throughout these 7 years! We will be doing an abbreviated run through the rest of our seasonal lines in the coming months, with our last official month of sales being May, and we will be doing our annual Pride event in June in Wenatchee. Our Pybus schedule will be posted on our calendar on our website, and if you want to keep up on the latest news and updates, either subscribe to our newsletter or follow us on Instagram or Facebook. Yeti Chocolates is a small batch artisan chocolate company nestled in the Wenatchee Valley of Washington State.

We make gourmet chocolate truffles with no added artificial preservatives and as many organic ingredients as possible.  Although this creates a shorter shelf life, we feel creating a fresher, higher quality product is more important to us, and hopefully to you too!

Our seasonally rotating “edible art” keeps it fresh and interesting. The ultimate goal is to provide “joy in a box”, which makes Yeti Chocolates the perfect gift for any occasion.

Yeti Chocolates

Founder - Willow Merritt

Willow came up with the idea of Yeti Chocolates in 2006. Classically trained in French patisserie, Willow discovered she loved the creative challenges of working with chocolate. Using the foundational skills acquired in her formal training, she delved into becoming a chocolatier. Countless chocolate experiments in her home kitchen, late night binge-reading culinary threads online, and numerous book orders later, Willow was determined to hone her skills to produce quality, artisan chocolate.

Yeti Chocolates finally became a reality for Willow as an established business in 2018.

Over eighteen years later, Willow is proud to be headed into her 7th year as a business owner & chocolatier of Yeti Chocolates. As she moves forward, one thing remains constant on her mind: 

“I am not the master, chocolate is the master”
