Want to learn more about chocolate and get hands on experience making chocolate bark for the holidays!
Come out to the Yeti Chocolate workshop and learn how to make chocolate bark!
Class will include how to melt chocolate in the microwave, what is chocolate tempering and how to do it. Learning about using cocoa butter transfer sheets to make fun designs for chocolate bark, adding inclusions, and learning the different stages of chocolate cooling and handling when make chocolate bark shards.
You will get the chance to make bark from dark, milk & white chocolate and take home what you make - if it lasts that long!
Bring an apron and an eagerness to learn about chocolate!
Cost covers all materials, supplies & instruction.
