I am collaborating with Salt Creek Apothecary to bring you a fun event pairing truffles with herbs. I will be showing attendees how to make a basic ganache and how to roll truffles and then Keely & Kristen will be chatting about the perfect pairing of powdered herbs to roll your truffles in and the benefits of the herbs and cacao.
