Given the overwhelming popularity of the first Pybus University class, we decided to add a second. Participants will get a demo on how to make a basic ganache, then get to roll their own truffle as well as hand-dip 2 truffles to take home with them. There will also be Yeti Chocolates available for purchase at the event.
